Many clients with large homes prefer to order hourly service, and pick and choose which parts of the house they want us to clean on a visit-by visit basis. That being said, a fixed price option is still available to you.

Home Access

You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for a Klenen cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
If your home has a security system, please provide us with a user code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will arm the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.

Billing and Pricing

No, your provided card will be on hold 1 days before your appointment to secure the funds, to ensure all cleaners will get paid for service, and you will be charged after your services have been completed.
We only charge fees when we really need to. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment after 3:00pm the day before your cleaning, we may charge a $40 last-minute change fee. If you choose to cancel your recurring service before your second vicit, we will charge you $69, to bring your pricing closer to our "One-Time" service offering.

In some instances “Harsh” chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean, in some instances.
Cleaners will always find more to do to clean up your home with the time you’ve paid for. If a cleaner does happen to leave early contact our offices immediately. We require that you provide photos of any overlooked tasks by the cleaning team.
A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by TurnOver Casitas. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard cleaning.
